Spending cuts at Montreal hospitals

The Montreal health agency has cut hospitals' budget by 100.9 million dollars.  Here is how the 13 main hospitals fare.  (annual cuts in millions of dollars)

To keep things in perspective, the total (annual) budget of the Douglas is 118.8M, of which 83M is devoted to salaries.  The institut en sante mentale spends 111M in salaries an 46M in other expences.  The Pinel Institute spends 48M in salaries and 9M on other items despite a 6.7M accumulated deficit.
